We work with all kinds of clients from small to medium across a range of industries spanning aerospace engineering, catering, insurance, wealth management and charities, landscapers, celebrity makeup artists and trades people. Even though our work is diverse, the quality of our service and work remains consistent, creating long-term client relationships that we pride ourselves on.
The agency is made up of Debbie, Owner and Creative Director at Clockwork Creative, and trusted freelancers that we collaborate with depending on a client’s requirements. We ensure any partners we work with also share our values.

Our approach + processes
We pride ourselves on delivering a first class client experience and by working with Clockwork Creative you can expect a tailored approach to your suit needs. We recognise there’s no one size fits all, and every business we work with deserves the benefit of our commitment to understanding their brand, objectives and desired audiences.
Working collaboratively is an important part of our approach and we’ll begin with a chat over email, call/Zoom or even grab a coffee (if you’re local!) to talk about your project. After our initial discussion to get to know you and your business, we’ll put together a quote or proposal. Should you proceed we’ll create a Statement of Work (SoW) that details requirements, project timelines and deliverables, as well as terms and conditions.
The next steps in our creative process are dependent on the project, but we aim to ensure you are kept informed by regular and transparent communication, ensuring expectations are set at every stage. We believe that the project rigour and processes we have in place is one of the things that sets us apart from other agencies and creative professionals.
Founder + Creative Director + Designer
Hi, I’m Debbie – I design, create new brands, build websites, and project manage the whole process. After spending 17 years working for businesses from SMEs to FTSE 100 brands, in 2019 I left the corporate hustle to start my own creative business. Full of aspirations and inspired by my love of clocks, Clockwork Creative Consultancy was born. I also like to think Clockwork is a really great way to describe the experience of working with us – we’re easy to work with, projects run smoothly and to the agreed plan and timescales.
Having formed a passion for art and design in my early teens, I knew then that I wanted to pursue a creative career. After graduating in graphic design and illustration in 2003, I went straight into a marketing department designing brochures and I have held creative and digital roles ever since. I’ve held management roles within design, brand, marketing and digital teams, and achieved further professional qualifications along the way in Marketing, Agile Project Management and User Experience (UX).

Kirsty’s specialism is in training and development, and she has successful examples of supporting coaches and professionals to build their own learning and development brands, including a nutrition coach, a divorce coach, a career coach and most recently a crisis PR consultant.

Sarah Clancy is a paid social media pro based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. She helps businesses to get leads and sales through Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin ads. Her many year’s experience in marketing and obsession with the customer journey will help you to plan out a solid ads strategy to deliver on your objectives and get a return on your ad spend. She also has vast experience in developing organic social media strategies that align with paid social campaigns.
